Taking some time to get our minds and hearts right; tuning up our world in a vibration of Love! After the talking there is some Tiger style QiGong and group meditation.
Each month we host a campout/cookout/drum circle, things are always sweeter when we take time to align like this. It’s good to see our tribe making medicine around the fire, join in and make your own sounds where ever you’re at… you might find a tingle beckoning you home; we are one.
